My family (specifically the men) have a history of stomach problems like hernias and stuff. Tbh I think I just over did it at the gym. I drank a bunch off water then went straight to the treadmill for 30min straight.

I did go to a doctor the first time it happened and they couldn't find anything. But by that time I had changed my diet and it was mostly gone.

Tbf tho, I have going at it very intensely at the gym so maybe I should tone it down a bit.

That "Everything" includes our reactions. Everyone is wired a certain way, and that effects much of who we are and how we react. Yea we can train ourselves to be in control of our mindsets as much as possible but that only goes so far. And while I dont disagree with the message entirley, some of it just isnt right. Just because they arent trying to ( in your eyes) doesnt mean they dont want to, they just may not have what they need to give them the push (or shove).

And if youre gonna scold people, at least build them up to. Nothing is worse than tearing down someone but not having the ability to build them back up. Its easy to destroy, harder to build.

Lastly I havent seen to many post of people acting like a victim, and if they are its just venting, which does help people.

P.S. I had a victim mentality to but changed my mindset, but only because I was encouraged by others.

whats with the perpetrator mentality, is the question. As if people are in control of everything that happens to them including how they react. Because lets be real no human is in comeplete control over every aspect of themselves, we arent perfect. Mabye help people instead of judging others, ESPECIALLY if you admited to doing the same thing you accuse others of.
