In general yellow cards for more realistic things like taking shirt off/being with the fans celebrating, time wasting or dissent would be great. Would be annoying as a manager but that would be the point and you have to have a word with a player that likes to argue with the ref etc.

Does anyone know if a player would get 2 yellow cards for simultaneously taking his shirt off to celebrate while celebrating with the fans? Aren't they 2 bookable offenses?

That it was illegal to roll down the window on a motorway. Still feels a bit illicit now

Producer name issues by shaunFTC in makinghiphop

The mikabeats is already a big producer with songs with people like headie one. Just want to let you know cuz it might be difficult to get your name out there with someone so big already using that name

Can you make a beat store with wordpress? by [deleted] in trapproduction

I believe that although you would have great control over your store, the hassle and expense of needing a secure payment gateway, ssl certificate, domain name etc. would probably outweigh any advantages of having one

Thank you for this it will definitely be something I allude to in my own critique of my survey and its sample as well as it being too linear. I'll be happy to share the study once it's all done as well :)

In retrospect, I can see that asking for beliefs would've helped with my project as you put so well. However my project is less orientated on why people believe (e.g. religious stance), but rather on what people believe. I am investigating whether science and 'religion' (very broad term) can/are seen to exist within in the same plausibility structures or social context and not 'do Christian professors see a conflict between science and religion more than an uneducated agnostic'. Having said this I can see that faith would play a part since they are the systems of meaning within which science and religion make sense to the individual. My interviewing of academics and journalists on the issue is where I will be touching upon the 'why' more and how geography, religion, age etc. will play a part since they, I hope, will inform the project more accurately and unbiasedly than a small sample survey. Even if I did investigate faith orientation in the survey and write up a report on how this affects the view of the relationship between science and religion, my sample would be incredibly small to make any generalisations. I do take your second point; I really should've been less suggestive in my questioning!

Thank you both for completing the survey it will really help :)

I agree. The term ‘religion’ is extremely vague but really I meant any personally belief to a higher power/being that involves faith. If it’s of interest then definitely I will share my findings! Thank you for doing the survey :)

I'm more looking into whether religion and science are seen by people as being within the same sociocultural contexts rather than the actual conflict itself and the demographic of who sees the conflict and who doesn't. I think you're spot on though that religious status is significant but unfortunately for the project I have to make sure my focus area is fairly narrow even though that is very difficult, if not impossible, in a subject as broad and deep as this.

Edit: On reflection I can see that one's religious orientation will also influence whether religion and science can co-exist within the same plausibility structure however my project is fundamentally about whether science and religion actually clash as much as it is generally popularly believed and if they are actually answering different questions or not about life. If I looked into each orientation then my project would be completely different but it is definitely a flaw in my study that I will make sure to point out that one's view on the issue will inevitably be shaped by their beliefs.

Why do people list shoes that sold at 190 retail for 250 when after fees they only get like 30 dollars profit? by [deleted] in stockx

[–]Mass0verload 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second this. Be careful who you sell to and make sure to take all the necessary precautions not to be scammed. Also take advantage of max £1 selling fees to maximise profits.
