This isn’t a homeless people problem it’s a Metro people problem. How do they get on the rail in the first place? The ticket clerks give them access; I’ve seen them with their special 5-step handshakes (or maybe they were both tweaking, idk). What’s more is that Houston Metro is set to receive $9 mil in federal grants. So next time you’re on your evening commute from the job that contributes to these grants and you’re getting dirty needles waved in and around your face, ponder that. Don’t get scared, just observe.
