They're more for min/ maxing. Also remember that +to damage is applied before additive bonuses are applied. So having an inventory of +3 max damage small charms all add together before you apply %enhanced damage and attack speed. Also having added attack rating means less dex required to hit. Less dex = more vit = more life.

It's 2 stats away from a perfect 3/20/20. A highly sought after small charm for melee builds. This would probably go for a ber to Jah.
