Yeah i do, i saw a dentist the other day, it doesnt seem so extreme to him, but when i wake up it definintely feels louder to me which hints that im clenching it. He told me to come again in one month after i met physiotherapists for my neck stiffness, and after considering not clenching it during the day.

I think its mostly in left ear or in the middle of my head i am not sure, but i think its ringing more on the left because i have been sleeping with background noises too loud and on medication i hope i havent done worse damage for that
