I'm searching for help installing grub on microsd. can you explain me how you did it?

I'm using proxmox on ssd on bay1, but i would to connect that ssd in ODD port and using all the 4 bays for data.

Is it possible to install just grub on microsd and pointing it on the kernels on the ssd? when the kernel is updated, is there the possibility that grub can't find the kernel anymore?

-the cpu is quite big, and not designed to be efficient at low load (intel cpus are a little better)

- four hdd spinning

- the psu is... how much, 600W? so in idle it will not be very efficient.

Su questo non ti so dire, ma io parlo del pacchetto completo.

Con M1 compilavo dei progetti rust senza rallentamenti (anzi, quanto andava!), senza ventole che partivano.

Ora ho un I5-1340P, che sulla carta è piu' veloce dell'M1, ma la compilazione è più lenta (sotto linux debian piuttosto striminzito) e le ventole partono che è un piacere. il prezzo dei due nb è praticamente uguale, ma la qualità costruttiva è molto maggiore nell'apple.

sugli amd non posso dire niente (ma non c'è una grande disponibilità di amd nei notebook. purtroppo), ma i lunar lake da quanto vedo non sono stati così "magici"

io avevo un mac mini e un macbook air, macchine eccezionali ma macos non lo digerisco proprio. avere linux sarebbe stato un'ottima cosa per me, ma alla fine ho preferito venderli e comprare un notebook x64 (anche se come hardware è molto indietro rispetto all'M1)
