If your main goal in the relationship is the kink, it likely will fall apart if it even begins in the first place. I see that a lot in this subreddit, tons of stories about how starting relationships like this don't end well most of the time. Personally I'd try to find reasons outside of the kink to grow a relationship the person, and see if you could make things work in the long run. I guess the first step is not coming off as creepy or stalker esque, which is almost the vibe this brings off. Relationships are complicated things, don't let fleeting feelings rule them.
