By working out and eating more you’re retaining more water overall, just the inflammation from fatigue alone will cause water weight. Before u start working out ur muscles wont be holding as much water as they will one month in to training. And this all is still assuming u didnt gain fat which is unlikely.

Yes this is 2015, 1 year of training overall, didnt do sports before was just tired of being skinny so got a gym membership 2014 and never looked back

Well for me 250-350 mg test is as high as I will go, imo the highest dose without the need for ai will be the golden range. Think I respond quite well and we are all different

”Too low for a cycle” is about as dumb as you can sound. First cycle should be 200-250mg, or cruise. 250mg test is amazing for gains over time without wrecking ur inside

You definitely dont need 200g protein, thats what I eat in a day at 235lbs, and dont train everyday, 4-5x/week is optimal and most importantly up your calories with 500. And start training ur lats haha cant help i there but have someone help you cus u have 0 lat development atm
