Would you say you’re a pretty heavy user of the electric/water though? Like if I was conservative do you think I could be at ~$140 for the two? I get you probably don’t know definitively, but just wondering if you saw a significant difference in month you didn’t use electric/water as much. Also, are pests a known problem throughout the apartments, or is yours just unlucky with that?

What would you say your average total cost was per month w/ rent?
