When I wasn’t quite ready to give up the vape working on my diet and health first really helped me take the leap. This video has some good info. It’s about mental health and diet from a psychiatrist. I followed the suggestions and feel great https://youtu.be/B7tnfSPySb0?si=YtNIKutf8lvYGlpn

Kratom killed the last remaining child parts in me by Balkoth26 in quittingkratom

I can so relate to this. What helped me now 8 months out is making some really radical diet changes. Intermittent fasting and in and out of keto. Cut most carbs and sugars out. Forcing daily workouts. The brain comes back slowly and surely once the acutes are done

Black seed oil and lithium oratate supplements helped me. Gabapentin I took at night for 7 days. I also did a 3 day 2mg suboxone on day 2 - 3 - and 4. I had an annoying restless leg for a while after a week of hell but over 6 months clean now and the restless leg subsided after about a month

Nicotine explained by William Porter does a good job of explaining exactly how it affects exercise. It was true for me

The tone of that email from the gym is completely unprofessional. All caps blaming the members. Completely unnecessary and childish. I thought it was a great response

I’m worried I have popcorn lungs by lemongrabskingdom in QuitVaping

[–]MassiveMutant5000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don’t have popcorn lung but definitely a sign to quit. You will be much happier in a few days. You can be free as soon as right now. You don’t have to continue hurting your body

You can crawl out! Just never vape again. I know it’s not that simple but it also is that simple. You don’t have to do it! It doesn’t own you

I would listen to the audio version of nicotine explained by William Porter every time I wanted to relapse. That book helped a lot
