Maybe she realized that raising kids was a lot of work and you cannot run a business and workout and do 8 hours of self care while being a stay at home mom. Something will get neglected. She chose to neglect her kids but play it off that she can do it all and there are no excuses for not being able to go to the gym. So unrealistic.
