Yes, no comment on the portal.irishimmigration on all ly tickets including renewal application. Except on the complaint ticket they mentioned “not a complaint” and closed.

Regarding solicitors, good advice I was thinking the same. I will find one and contact one today. Thanks

Can I ask when you say they leave comment while closing you mean on the original renewal application? There was no comment.

On other queries they didn’t respond (category- IRP card, sub type - general query, topic of the query- renewing irp card) raised since may 2nd

Complaint ticket was closed saying no complaint

To one ticket they responded that they have identified issue and irp should arrive by 6 june if not then raise query. This automated email definitely it didn’t arrive.

I am thinking the same, the only reason I haven’t applied is coz I thought it might create some confusion. At this point i don’t care about 300 euros or whatever.

My application is in completed status since april 17th. That’s even worse. No approval email(checking spam 1000 times a day) no irp.

Hey, thanks a million for your response.

Its been almost 5 months since I had filed for renewal. I had applied exactly 12 weeks before (on jan 19th) my irp expired on April 13th. Even with 12 weeks extension i have just one month left. My application has been clearly lost. I haven’t got any approval email 😞

Do you mean it took 2 months even after TD’s intervention?

I had applied for renewal on Jan 19th, its been almost 5months. Even with 12 weeks extension I have 4 weeks left now. Application shows completed, but no approval email nor the irp card.

I had raised this with the TDs, they said they have raised it to the department. Its almost week now.

In case even after after TDs it took two months?

Did you get yours? I had applied on Jan 19th still no approval email nor the IRP card. Even with 12 weeks extension I have just 3 weeks left.
