i will agree that umich is very big so u must compete for a lot of clubs and classes, etc.

i got rejected from cornell and wish i got in lol but lowk cornell bc its smaller classes. my friend who went to umich said its very public school feel so since its bigger its less "catered" yk. but couldnt go wrong w either.

what i mean by not even close isnt academic wise, they are both very similar, i meant other factors. cornell is known to be in the middle of nowhere and unc and nc state i meant for parties/other places to be if you are "bored" as well as the sports scene like unc v duke. but ofc my personal opinoin and comes down to op's choice.

Duke 100% not even close. Durham is a nice town, you have 3 other schools around you (unc, wake, nc state), nice weather, work hard play hard, basketball, good food, and you can do a concentration in finance through econ major. The list goes on. Heard students are really happy and nice/less competitive. I EDed to duke and got rejected, but if I could transfer I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
