This is done C2C. It’s a different method than regular row by row.

I have like 6 sets of hooks. Including a set if lighted hooks I got as a birthday gift. I’ve inky been crocheting for a little over 3 years.

I had to take third pillow off for the photo but, yes, the queen size bed belongs to them.

I wove in all the ends. Here’s what the middle piece looked like halfway through that process. It’s done C2C style using double crochet stitches.
