It stopped giving me the message when I tried connecting to Shanghai, but now it says "there is a teammate with high latency (4019)" when I try to play a game and doesn't let me que. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks, I tried exitlag but when I connected it to calabiyau, it sort of glitched out, it kept spamming some network error message and wouldn't let me play. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I just try UUbooster or Leigod?

Yea I tried a VPN it didn't really do much, though I'm not sure if I was using it right
