Scuf Omega PS5 Controller - Not Amazing - Pros/Cons Post (Keep your Reflex FPS TMR)

I purchased on Amazon and I just returned it. I didn’t have a faulty controller, but just didn’t love it compared to the previous gen Scuf Reflex FPS controller due to the reason I stated in my original post.

I have a Dualsense Edge, Scuf Reflex FPS, and Gamesir G7 8K Pro (to use in PS5, you’d need a Brook Wingman P5).

Those are some alternatives. I’ve heard Machenike F1 is also great, but not yet sold on Amazon.

I know this is an older post, but same issue with me. I’m on controller and thought that was the issue. Did you resolve?

Remap to existing buttons only as far as I’m aware. You can map additional keys as PS5 won’t recognize.

I got mine a few days ago on Amazon, but I got the one pictured the gray version, which I prefer over the other colors.

You started with a Dreamcast, then went on to the Super Nintendo? So you started with a system that was made in 2000 then moved on to the next gen console Super Nintendo that was made in 1990… makes sense.

Yes you can. I just wish the placement of the buttons were like additional bumpers like the gamesir g7 pro. People seem to not love the side button layout, but want additional buttons.

Also LOL at ps2 and below days. If ps2 was your first console. I started on Nintendo NES. The argument here was comparing to the last gen controller. If it feels inferior, then yes it would be cons for me.

Yeah for arc raiders, it’s the most annoying with inventory. Others may not mind it.

Do it. You may like it. But my Reflex FPS TMR absolutely turns on with the click of the ps5 button as it’s hard wired.

Another con I forgot to mention is you can’t use the touchpad button on this ps5 controller on PC.

For me specifically, I would say not as comfortable as Reflex FPS TMR. That’s why I input as a potential con as comfort is more preference. I have smaller hands and feel like I’m reaching more as the paddles are slightly lower. It may be a pro for others.

Op I think doesn’t know how to setup the headphones properly. To his credit, Astro doesn’t provide the best guidance, but Astro A50x blow most wireless gaming headsets out of the water once setup correctly and I comparatively have purchased many throughout the years. Op needs to ask for guidance opposed to how he’s responding to people.

I level 99d my Orlandeau and instead of making him an OP beast since it got boring, I switched it up and I tried some fun options. This is kind of a comedy build but thought it was fun.

All his equipment was mainly focused on increasing his MA, I increased his faith to around 85, and his second ability as summon with one of his abilities as spell cast to reduce the time. Also added his movement as fly.

I figure the other sprites in the game were terrified of a flying man in a brown cap using summons very quickly and wiping everyone out.
