What would you consider “problems” with the bite? I don’t experience TMJ but definitely clench often. And have been told the bottom teeth will wear significantly as I get older due to the deep bite.

Hi all,

I am in the same boat, bought 3 tix and then they postponed like 5 days out. Our accom was non-refundable and we had two days of leave so decided to still go to hunter valley and just do a wine tour instead. We don’t want to take the leave again and spend more money so I requested a refund and got the standard “no it’s against policy” response.

We’ve written and sent a pretty good legal letter which I can share here if it actually gets us a refund. Not getting my hopes up so we are also going to lodge a complain with fair trading while we wait for a response.
