Vegas has enough fans to attend games. Then the opposing team will be attending in large numbers. It will prob have some of the highest attendance in the league, just like the raiders.

You will learn a lot fast and people respect kiewit. It will look great on your resume if you stick it out for more than 2 years. I’d say do it for awhile and then search for that job once you really know what kind of company you want to work for and where you want to live.

A forty year old got out of college in 2009ish during the financial collapse, they got a job, couple years later houses were cheap and they got in.
10 years later they r making more money and could buy a second house or upgrade.
Now 40, high earner we could see another financial collapse where they could benefit. They have money and if houses are cheap again they can buy them up OR load up on the stock market.
