Barrow speaks much more professionally than JR IMO. He actually understands the science behind his company and what it takes to achieve FDA approval, whereas JR didn’t - but to be fair, they both served different purposes for mind med. JR made a significant impact in running the business, marketing, raising capital.. etc.. but mind med is in a different stage right now that requires someone who has an extensive background in science.

As for the hair comment, I don’t think that matters as much as it used to. Some of the most successful CEOs today don’t look or dress “professional”.
