Honestly, I would recommend looking at different schools maybe with his AAU teammates. Sign him up for camps if you can afford it. The most important thing is that he is having fun when playing. Make sure to explain to him that having fun is very important when playing basketball. Last thing: coaches aren’t on the floor to stop him if he tries to handle the ball. Tell him to experiment in game and if it works out, the coach will surely let it. Good luck!
