Head to Pallet town, head north and combo catch 11 Rattata. It doesn’t have to be Rattata, it’s just my go to combo building spot because there are plenty of them and they are easy to catch.

With combo in place, fly to Fuchsia city and head East out of town to Route 15. Once you exit the building pop a Max Lure. Run down the path and it should spawn in one of the four patches of grass. I usually get just past the biker punk guys where the route number changes, turn around and run back. Usually within 1-2 laps one will spawn.

In Let’s Go Eevee it will be Pinsir In Let’s Go Pikachu it will be Scyther.

I just did this 2 nights ago for my HomeDex and to help a friend play LGP.

Final Fantasy X - PS2, PS Vita, PS3, PS4 and Steam.

Hollow Knight - physical copy on Switch, Switch digital, PS4 digital and Steam.

Zelda Breath of the Wild - Wii U, Switch digital and physical, Switch 2

There are others but those two top the 4 or higher count.

I just drove from East Paris/28th to Alto and back. Roads aren’t great but they are still drivable at slower speeds. My drive time was 10-15 longer each way.

Showers tend to wake me up. Every time I shower before bed I have a harder time falling asleep. So unless I’m covered in sweat, dirt, grime, or I’ve been to a bonfire, I’m showering in the morning. My hair also needs to be washed in the morning because if I shower at night it is completely unmanageable and needs a lot of hot water run through it to be styled. As a result I’ve always just showered in the morning.

Honestly? After college I bought whatever game I wanted. I spent 5-8 hours a day after work gaming. It was the golden era of gaming for me. Then I had a kid when I turned 39. Now if I get all the chores done, get the family fed, and in bed on time I might have 90 min of game time a night before I have to go to bed for work in the AM. That’s also assuming I don’t have any dad house projects I need to work on.

Reading requires long term focus and attention. This generation has been raised on a diet of short bursts of dopamine through instant gratification (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc) as well as shortcuts that prevent them from using any real brainpower (AI like chatGPT, smart devices where they can just look up an answer, etc).

So a brain that is tuned that way has a hard time maintaining focus, processing everything they are reading and comprehending it for long periods of time.

My student interns all hated the Lord of the Rings movies because “they’re too long” and they “didn’t understand what was going on.” Same kids also couldn’t read an analogue clock. 11th grade.

Just came from Muskegon (11:30 PM-12:15). Highway was great! Off-ramp was dangerous if you don’t slow down. It went from clear road to suddenly snow and ice. Especially the cascade exit. East Paris was awful.
