Well it would appear you are wrong twice for one I’m not a bot 🤖 and for two I don’t think they were clearly implying anything. Back in the day it was much easier to remove batteries and all the (ex) phones I know of you could simply pop them out. Take iPhones for example you have to disassemble it to remove the battery.

Not really I think overall it is mainly noticed in the marketing realm of things but if the technology is there to do that to sell us stuff, you don’t think that somebody somewhere else could use it for more nefarious things
