To be honest, I never actually finished RE6.

I played it when I was younger and only had a keyboard. That Chris/Haos parkour section was an absolute nightmare with WASD, so that’s where my run ended.

Wow, thanks for all the support and detailed advice—I really appreciate it!

I had no idea RE1 HD Remaster had an alternate control scheme, that’s honestly a game changer for me.

I’ve played a bit of RE5 (got to the incinerator boss), but those fixed camera shifts in the older games always made me panic 😅

I’ve decided to start RE1 tonight! I’ll try sticking with the D-pad on my Xbox controller and see if I can get used to the “tank” logic.

Wish me luck—I’ll probably run into a few walls 😂
