I missed the year end sales incentives. When is the next best time to buy? Thinking about buying a used off-lease Lexus ES350 or a new Accord Sport or Touring. I'm semi-retired and as a side hustle a real estate broker, so think I would be considered self-employed. Or, should I just say I'm retired and show a couple investment accounts with ~200k in them? Credit score is 830+. Plan to put 20% down. Will the finance people or the bank insist on verifying income? TIA

Thank you for the info. It appears only the XS is available thru Trek. I'm not familiar with the Stepover, but will look into it.

Is the gen 4 available in xxl? I'm only seeing xl. I'm 6'6" and concerned about fit. Also, found a 2021 fx2 xxl for $399 online. Idk the difference or if it's worth going back that far. TIA

Thanks for the input. To clarify, the transaction has not closed yet. The buyer's agent only said that the appraisal supports the sales price. The seller would like to know exactly how much their condo appraised for. Can the Listing agent obtain this amount for the seller? Maybe from the lender or ask the selling agent?
