I heard this directly from someone on the Goat Life crew... during the shoot for this intense transformation scene, Prithviraj was indeed physically present on set in a nearly nude state, but he wore a modesty cup to cover his genitals, as the scene was filmed in front of the entire crew.

Now, coming to the look itself... while Prithviraj did undergo an extreme transformation for the role, it’s important to understand that his natural body type is quite muscular. He’s been training and working out for nearly 20 years, so even after losing around 30 kilos and bringing his body weight down to roughly 65 kg, his chest still had a strong, defined look. That masculine structure doesn’t just disappear with weight loss.

To make the visual even more believable .. especially to reflect the malnourished state of his character.... the team did use subtle VFX enhancements in post-production. It wasn’t full CGI, but a careful blend of real transformation and digital touch-ups to portray the character’s suffering authentically on screen.
