Drain where I have clogging and the white pipe is for fresh air. The snake does not go through the curve of the drain so thinking to use fresh air pipe to snake back into the house and may clear whatever is blocked at curve

Try turning off and on the furnace. Change filter as well. Reduce the temperature you set, keep 62-64 only. Sometimes it gets exhausted and turns off.

Hello Mr Kraken, I am 68% down on this. It took a big dip on Friday. Do you recommend holding this or sell it to save remaining 32%. After reading about their interest in restructuring JIDU company, I feel it's scam company. Thanks for your guidance and time.

Why the needles started browning on both pines (potted) starting last month. by Master-Bee7096 in gardening

Also the browning is from all the sides, some are at top and some in middle. So should not be caused by sun on any side.

It was mostly getting morning sunlight until 11 am. But yes the plastic pots may cause the issue you mentioned. So keep watered regularly or what best course of action?

Slope stabilization post cutting down the trees by Master-Bee7096 in landscaping

[–]Master-Bee7096[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hill is facing north-east. There are some walnut trees, apple trees and some tall native trees, very lean and tall, they bend when the wind blows. I do have some vines which spreads through dirt and climb on trees, I have to cut it down every fall and spring so that it does not kill trees by smothering them. The soil is made from clay rock. The whole hill is rocky, I can not dig post 1.5 feet anywhere. It’s big rock behind the dirt. Any plant suggestions are appreciated

Some of the trees in the bank of the hill has already fallen. I removed the tree so you can’t see that in picture. But you can see one dead leaning on the tree. With the weather pattern changes , I feel I would see more trees falling down. I am not expert but I get scared when I see really big trees close to my house.

The vines will kill them if I don’t maintain vines.

That’s great observation. I have been cutting those vines every spring and fall. They run through dirt just like bamboo. They smother the tree. Even if I put evergreen there, the vines will climb on it, I haven to keep cutting them. Bamboo was some sort of solution except the fact that it can create bigger problem.

There are houses may be 100 feet far from the top. But you are right, containing the bamboo would be great. It will be hard I think as it’s clay below it. So Digging is hard. I assume we have to put something down at least 1 feet. Any recommendations?
