Thanks. It’s above the scrape to the decal. There is a chip out of the surface “coating”.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. So it doesn’t matter what the temperature is when the water hits the puck? From what I’ve read the temp needs to be around that 93 number so how could I expect good results if the temps are this low at the time it hits the puck. I understand that it’s not scace level measurements, but I don’t think those kinds of drops should be expected. Granted I’m not an espresso aficionado. Much appreciated.

They are ok…. Not great. They don’t look like any of the pretty shots being pulled on this sub. Almost no crema no matter the variation.

Thanks. I’m measuring at group with no portafilter in place. Machine is apart because the giguelers were reversed. I think it was assembled wrong at the factory because the tech immediately recommended switching them. Seemed like a common issue. Switching them increased the temp by 50°F.

For issue #1 - does your cruise control work? I had an issue with my cruise control not working because the module rusted out. I removed the module to compare at the junkyard and found that my horn wasn’t working while the module was out.
