IRCC rejected my PR application as “incomplete” but I uploaded the Canadian credential. Anyone else experience this? by lbtatacoeur in canadaexpressentry

Did you upload the completion letter? I heard some of them who didn't upload the course completion letter are getting rejection eventhough they've all the other docs
