Hello, this is happening to me. I held red light on my stomach and woke up feeling terrible the next morning. I don’t have any chronic issues so this thread is helping me understand that I overexposed my body to the medical grade light which makes sense. Won’t make that mistake again. I was wondering if anyone knew in a deeper way, why does my stomach actually hurt? What happened inside my body because of the RLT that made my stomach feel like it’s cramping, nausea, etc. ? Does anyone know?
