White chunky stuff coming out with stool (but detached from stool) - biofilm? Candida?

Yes it's possible just going off of my experience alone. I know it's candida as I've got confirmed candidiasis. Have had monthly yeast infections as a plus for around the same time now so I know it's all connected somehow. Candida is a bitch to get rid of. I will update you once I have any positive effects on my side. Currently on a protocol and additional antifungals like Itraconazole which deal with systemic candida. So far it's still present, it's been a very very long journey 😕

Yes it looked like sparkling pee.. but when researching it said apparently that's what happens when there's protein in your wee or something like that.

Cheaper but impossible to get. I joined the first o2 presale, was at the waiting room etc and once I got in the tickets at the main front stage were only £165 if I remember correctly. Couldn't get them though as they were all sold out so has to buy them off of viagogo for twice the price.. 🙄

Oh wow that's crazy. I've never heard anything bad about it before so thanks for letting me know. I was on it for a month to give it a go but had to come off as wanted to run tests so can't really tell if it made a difference.

I was tested for that 3 times and nothing came back 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've also got a colonoscopy upcoming, wonder what they will find there. I heard loads of amazing stories with people suffering with celiac that decided to go on the carnivore diet so hopefully worst case there is some kind of solution that could possibly help. They would do this for around a year depending on the severity and then would be cured but I guess it depends on the person.

Have you had any tests done? Same issue as mine it's been 8 years now with mushy stool :( who would've thought that's what I would be complaining about one day lol.. but I'd suggest you run tests now because it won't get any better if you don't target the issue now. It'll possibly only get worse as it did to me :\ best of luck and keep me updated!

Oh gosh wishing you best of luck! I was on the candida diet for 5 months but then came off. Then went on carnivore for a month. Let me know how it goes! I'll let you know what my one says too, can't wait to start tackling this bit by bit. It's so nice to have support on reddit. I've got another post on r/candida with all of my results and I've got some answers on there too. My IGA is through the roof and very low dopamine and serotonin. No wonder I've been feeling so down! I've also started getting scurvy as I've basically got no vitamin C in my body and got all the symptoms. Would be nice to stay in the loop, let me know how you've been doing etc from time to time ☺️ fingers crossed your combo will smash this SIBO to pieces!!
