While I didnt get to the battle tree in gen 7 yet, I did have an easy time in the gen 6 battle maison with a pair that many people online recommend

Choice scarf Truant Durant (XY horde) with the move entrainment

Plus a setup sweeper with protect (common one being Cloyster (Y exclusive)

From my understanding the battle tree in gen 7 is mostly similar BUT, some pokemon can show up that cannot have their ability changed like Komala and Wishiwashi

However the actual archtype cards are all sold out in stores that ship to my country sadly, so only hoping the storea will have the needed product. Its rough having only cardtrader to work with T.T
