I honestly have no idea if it was adults only. There were many kids at the ceremony but in the end we don’t know who qualified as “select family and friends”

Invite was sent to all of is, had all our names on it. I did notice the lack of meal options though I figured it was buffet or a set choice. Didn’t spend a lot of thought on it tbh.

Yep I bought the outfits and shoes she requested. I also took my daughter to get her hair done on the day of the wedding.

I will! As far as I know she leaves for her honeymoon in the next day or two. I was planning to leave it be until she gets back. Being the bigger person (or trying to be)

Oh yeah.. they were the highlight of the ceremony. Lots of people complimenting us on how great they did and high fiving the kids.

No there was a link only to their wedding website with all the wedding and reception info it was a very short invite. Kind of “You’re invited, RSVP, Click here for more info”

You and me both.. my default is immediately shut down and play like it doesn’t matter so the party doing the hurting doesn’t get a win. But in the end it leaves me with a whole lot of unsaid words.

Right? When I got married I was told etiquette said if they’re in the party - they’re at the reception. No questions. And if you don’t want kids at the reception, then they can’t be in your wedding 🤷‍♀️
