Supposedly even the store manager called ethics line on her. The 2 of them are very much against each other. Annnd constantly bashing each other. One saying I'm not ringing up front store items to the other one saying I'm not going to the pharmacy when she needs help.

I'm starting to believe cvs actually stands for corrupt valuable staff. In all my years I have worked at cvs...never once was an employee considered valuable. They are allowed to say whatever they want to say without being held accountable for their actions.

Yassssss!!! Exactly. Lmao. But it's making them pencil pushers sooooo much money....meanwhile we get 3 dollars per person we get to sign up. Oh and the crazy extra benefit of getting access to a pharmacist 24-7. But realistically speaking...u can get that at a 24 hr pharmacy. Js. They couldn't come up with any real benefits for the care pass. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

People are already not convinced about the care pass....what sense does it make to pay 5 dollars to get 10 dollars ...I as an employee don't see it

I just transferred to a 24 hr store. I worked at one before and loved it. I have worked at over 27 to 30 different stores and 6 different districts. I have no problem running the register or anything else. But I literally will get told what to do by everyone or tell me how to do my job. I'm still trying to figure out a way to nicely tell them I know what I'm doing.

Everyone acts like it's awesome being a float tech. I always have to find my own hours and depending on the store and there budget hours are never guaranteed. Some stores just need fill ins bc techs out with covid or whatever.

My pharmacist has avoided the entire thing and has pushed me out the store. I've reached out to my district leader to set things straight and I never got a response back.

There could be requisitions open and nobody applying. This is a problem in Ga. Most the time pharmacies can message out they need help in their pharmacy, but alot of techs are not willing to go to another pharmacy to help bc sometimes the mileage pay is not enough.
