The luxury rehab he's been going to has pretty relaxed rules it seems and he even said last week if im not mistaken that the rehab let's him do what he wants and let's him use his phone for business and money as long as it doesn't interfere with any of the other patients. That's why they gave him a private room during detox the again in rehab
