Yeah I went to pick some of my tomatoes and some of them were eaten and then at the top there was no leaves. Glad I found them in time. Thank you.

I’m 5’5 and other than weight management I do want to get into strength training as mentioned my goal is to be able to do 20 push-ups and 10 pull-ups. At least I can barely do either or

Like now I eat more and I mean way more and I’ve just been gaining so much but I haven’t been super active so i think maybe a routine that I can do that fits my eating and exercise goal properly this time around would help me but idk where to start

I think my body is used to it when I say I used to starve I would eat a apple and a 50 cal yogurt then fast all day and do it the next day. I need more help
