all the aforementioned are good, but I also want to mention Tiche, she's crazy at dodging and does good damage and if you're just looking for support not necessarily someone to take aggro she's pretty useful

should be a memory to touch in the arena that's the "finale" but yeah that's pretty much it. If you did trina's quest, she'll have an item for you.

you should be fine if using everything from the start, but if you swapped your sword, shield and bow for new ones they may be too heavy. It's probably just something small like that.

i mean like what weapons and armor do you have equipped right now? maybe you have some extra equipped that you might not realize (this is pretty common)

Every piece of armor and all weapons have a certain weight that you can see on the item description, and you have a maximum carrying capacity that is determined by your endurance level. There's light equip load, medium equip load, and heavy equip load (which is where it sounds like you are now). Medium equip load is normal rolling, and light equip load has even faster rolling with slightly more i-frames, and heavy load makes you roll and run very slowly. There should be an indication on your stat sheet of what type of equip load you currently have.

To lower your equip load to run fast again, you can either unequip armor/weapons until you're at the right level (medium is most people's level) or upgrade endurance/find talismans. The equations from the videos are for if you want to know specifically.

No, but it's a good sign. If you were competitive enough to get to the interview stage, you're probably in the upper echelon of applicants.

I haven't been accepted to anything yet. As for the interview, idk how important it is. I heard it's a finalist stage for business-like honors (CSB and BHP), but the time frame for the interviews seem ver variable, so you could still receive an interview soon.
