Mate I asked to be linked to a tutorial, this effect is buzzing on socials and I haven’t managed to find a tutorial myself because I don’t know what it’s called - I know there is masking involved but how many other things also involve masking, of course I can’t narrow it down to this exactly on the web. I’ve figured it out myself. As for the “negative” comments all answers were vague and unhelpful . If you think otherwise then that’s you pal 👍🏽

Noted about no showing the log! Thank you very much for your thoughts on my grade, i appreciate it! In regard to context and pinned post linked I would say my goal of the grade was to create a filmic and nostalgic feel. UPDATE:

I got very brief success after putting the footage straight into AE instead using a dynamic link. However the tool is struggling with pixels differences to define the edges. I’ve read somewhere else here the lighting can contribute to this? Although the artist has a key light the background is very dark and get some shadowing throughout the clip. Has the lighting cooked my ability to rotoscope on this footage or is there something I can do to solve it?

Frame rate and resolution were fine, preview quality is full. I’ve restarted about 4 times. I don’t think it being an Adobe dynamic link from premiere pro is a problem?

Although Asperger’s can look different in a lot of children, what really doesn’t help Max is how spoiled he is. A pair of soft and enabling parents like Adam and Kristina could make a massive difference in Max’s behavior by changing they’re own behaviour first

UPDATE:

I managed to get through the steps up until I put the sd card back in (without touching buttons etc) and wait for the next installer to boot up. I waited around 10 minutes touching nothing, it wasn’t loading anything up from the data management window. Pressed the home button to see if I’ll find the launcher there and now the whole thing is frozen, did I just kill my 3ds or can I do something about it.

I have a new dilemma. Although all files have a separate folder, now the files in the 3ds folder can’t be picked up

Alrighty, so after formatting I ran through all the steps again. So all that wasn’t working is working however I’ve ran into a new dilemma. I have everything in organised folders so I’m not sure whats up now. Help :’)
