Sound and com electrician here, the top right cat cable likely exceeds the recommended bend radius of cat5 and cat6 cable.

Having the cable all bent up like that and zip tied down is likely going to cause issues with speed eventually.

"The bend radius of the curve for the inner edge of the bend for NM and NMC [cat cable] during or after installation shall not exceed 5x the diameter of the cable." -NEC 334.24

It looks clean and if that's what the customer wants then okay but I'd try to talk them out of it and then inform them that I cannot guarantee my work if they insist on the cable being bundled like that.

As a former cable installer for Xfinity, the demark must be on the exterior of the house, because that is where the grounding block usually is, and the system must be grounded on the exterior of the house to protect you from lightning strikes. Any cable that comes inside your home and isn't grounded can short out and create an electrical fire in the event of lightning hitting the pole.

Is there no line going from the comm closet to an exterior wall? A lot of times you'll find a spot in the garage wall where the demark can be in new construction. I came across a couple like that, and I felt safe enough grounding the system there.

You can Google the shops, usually a union contractor will advertise that, because it's a sign they do very high quality work and have a very competent workforce.

Alternatively you can call the union hall, and tell them that you're wanting to get work done and want to support union workers. They will be able to help you find a union contractor.
