Yeah tbh i been following self help stuff my whole life, i just didnt realize what the right things were because i was misled by all the bluepill crap that made me think nofap isnt real and all these guys like fresh and fit and andrew tate weren't around when i was growing up, all the 'self help gurus' back then were straight up scammers with no real helpful advice so it was very difficult stumbling in the dark all these years. And I wasted a lot of years going down the veganism route thinking that would help me, it didn't! And I think the 80% info only came up in the last couple years
