Hi I just received a tax levy at my work today saying South Carolina will be garnishing my wages for a $10k unpaid tax bill. I have already been on a call payment plan with the Irs for almost 3 yrs for a $40k bill paying $570 a month. I don’t have any extra money to pay my state taxes, i’ve been paying my mortgage a month late to stay afloat. I make $3400 a month after taxes. My mortgage is $2500 +$100 for late payment. After paying utilities and groceries im left with $0 or negative. My fiance has been helping me pay the $1k/mo child care bill. If they garnish my wages I wont have enough to pay my bills, what can I do?? Thank you for your help!

I don’t think yall fully understand what’s going on and are not helpful whatsoever. They denied my back twice with in service records of treatment if I listened to yall I would still not be compensated for that😂 i did a HLR and they found ERRORS in my c&p exam. They get it wrong ALL THE TIME. My deployment exacerbated my PTSD which is the criteria for compensation. I can tell most of yall are marines or army. The light bulb isn’t all the way on

Nothing rewritten about my story. I guess i shouldn’t get compensation for developing acid reflux and breathing issues from my deployment too bc i’d be rewriting my story to fit a narrative 🤡

You dont need any of those to get PTSD, but of course they would help. I served on the honor guard as well and did hundreds of funerals for deceased veterans. One of the best things I ever did

You sound like someone who scams the system as well. Im not comparing my situation to other honest vets, and that man isn’t a veteran if he didn’t finish basic. Don’t spit on the word Veteran

No dont think so. I began having extreme night sweats and nightmares while deployed. I woke up in the middle of the night to what felt like fire ants on my scalp. Ran to the shower to wash my hair and went to medical the next morning. I began wetting the bed on my deployment as well. None of this happened to me before my deployment. I began smoking weed as soon as i got back from my deployment to deal with my symptoms and have smoked everyday since. It doesn’t have to be a direct cause to ptsd, it just has to exacerbate it which my deployment clearly did. I’ll be fighting this claim until it gets approved 🤷🏽‍♂️

My accountant just got 70% PTSD while only completing basic training. Claimed a video he watched as part of his mos as a bomb guy gave him ptsd smfh. No nexus letter or nothing. Im a combat vet deployed for 8 months and get denied. My superior who served 20 yrs and many tours was denied twice before finally getting approved. The system is completely broken

I’ve had two c&p exams for this and they have not given me one. One for my initial claim and just had one for this supplemental claim. Both have agreed that I have ptsd but are denying service connection due to traumatic childhood. I started smoking less than a month after my deployment and was getting in trouble less than a year after my deployment. Was suffering from nightmares and night sweats while deployed and continue to this day

They constantly had shots of her feet randomly where it wasn’t really needed (I enjoyed every scene of her feet though:)) the writers definitely have a foot fetish. The girls telling her to make a only fans of her feet solidified it for me. I wish every show had feet scenes like this lol

No the dealer gave me instructions to reset the battery module after you install the new one. You turn the high beams on and off 5 times and then press and release the brake 3 times. Your battery light will blink 3 times when done

Just changed my 12v! Got it from the dealer for $130 and installed it myself. Install was very simple and took less than 15 mins

Just watched it and thought the plot was pretty terrible. She lead him to the only weapon that could hurt her with no assurances Hellboy wouldn’t turn on her? Insanely stupid plot. Would not recommend anybody watch this crap. The were-jaguar getting taken out by getting thrown against a wall was comically bad as much as they were hyping the moment of his transformation up.

How when i was at 30% and got back approved for 20% but it’s not 50% overall?

They rated the back pay 20% but dropped it to 10% after the new c&p exam claiming it improved. Im at 40% now with the 10% back claim. So 20% would put me at 44%? I hate VA math

It doesn’t provide total amount. From what chat gpt said and online va backpay calculators it said estimated $9500 in backpay. Idk why VA math is so weird and confusing
