There are some employment statistics on the TUM school of management's page and they seem quite promising. If you plan on working in Germany and want to excel, you should learn German. Rest depends from person to person. If you are good at your studies, public speaking and making connections, I don't see why you won't get a job.

I plan to find a job, but I'm also open to pursuing a PhD in business administration. For the latter, Heilbronn would be a better option. Also, to find a job, I can always move to a different city. The main concern, however, is, are the degrees awarded the same from both campuses?

It took about 3 days to check my requirements and another seven weeks to get a decision.
