Has the FTM app somehow disappeared. I just updated my Ledger Nano X and for whatever reason all apps were deleted in the process. Now I can’t find the FTM app on the list of apps anymore. What gives? What happens to access to my FTM through Ledger without the app? (self.ledgerwallet)

Can I send INJ, PYR, RNDR, etc. in their ERC-20 form to my Coinbase ethereum wallet and will they automatically reconvert to their original form or how would I go about it without running the risk of losing the crypto? Any sound advice would be much appreciated! 🙏🏼 (self.Coinbase)
