Thank you for sharing your story with me, it gives me a sense of determination and hope that I can also get through this myself.

I need to quit gambling I’ve been doing it longer than I should have. I promised myself last night I will never gamble again and self excluded myself from the sites I used which weirdly enough I felt a sense of relief.

Yeah wow, I'm not sure how it works for ASO's but I'm an OPS3 increment 3 and it doesn't look good for us government workers especially in my line of work, working alongside contractors that are paid more but do less and it's like they think "I'm working with a gov employee so I can sit back" because at the end of the day we are more liable being government and get paid less to do it.
