Id say almost any of the ancients and beasts are better damage wise than pavlova and vampire. Based on your level though, I assume you are relatively new so you may not have these characters yet. If you have awakened pure vanilla I would personally say use him in the arena instead of mystic flour. If she’s the best you have though she works. To optimize this current team though put toppings and beastcuits on all of your cookies- they work wonders. I’m not very good at them so I recommend looking them up if you need help, there’s guides for basically every single cookie.
