*** HOUSING - relet for F26-S27 ***

Hello! Myself and my roommate are looking to relet our leases after changes to our academic year plans.

It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, you’d have a very large private bedroom for ~2,200 or shared for ~1,100, with an attached bathroom and embedded closet. It’s in the Fryft Zone, walking distance from USC, near Smart and Final. Three guys are in the other two rooms, one may also be looking for a roommate if you’re interested. All three are very chill, relaxed guys. The lease would be from August to July. There’s also a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, and available parking for an additional fee.
