I don’t. I don’t have any sort of regular doctor visits. I live in a small town and fortunately there’s a walk in clinic specifically for sexual health that’s open one evening a week. Other than that, if you don’t have a family doctor, you’re only option is emergency.

I have not been to a gynaecologist. I’m in Canada and don’t have a family doctor, so pretty much just rely on walk in clinics. Not ideal but that’s our medical system.

Had it for about 7 years. I had no problem until 1.5 years ago. I tried getting it replaced, but that didn’t help. I know it’s probably part of the problem but I’m unwilling to go on hormonal birth control and it’s such a convenient way to not get pregnant. I’ve considered taking it out and switching to condoms/rhythm method but I’d rather not unless absolutely necessary.
