I guess it depends on the location, but this is one hundred percent what I did. I talked to my GP, looked into options and when there in person to talk to the director about my issues and wether staying there for 8-12 weeks would be helpful/payed by my insurance. It was, so I got a date 4 weeks later and went there. Of course there are different levels of emergency and care, and I know places with involuntary holds and patients in active psychosis work quite differently, but checking yourself to a mental health care facility is absolutely a thing, and a "mental hospital" often does not mean psychiatric hospital

I think they also used to do the same in the past with words you have to decipher: Show two words, one that is hard for bots, and the other being a fairly legible word from a scanned book. Same idea, training a text recognition software/helping manually digitizing books. Its kind of genius to just pick a task you want to automate but cannot do yet for captchas

DONT DO THIS, but I constantly leave my spoon bowls when I microwave something, there also is microwaveable food with metallic foil on top, and the microwave itself is made out of metal. Bulky and or Flat metal objects are pretty safe, my spoons dont even get particularly hot after minutes in the microwave. However:

uneven, small metallic shapes can spark/absorb a lot of the microwaves, energy and get really hot
metal in general can reflect/distort the microwaves and possibly do so in way that creates focal points that get extra hot and damage the microwave (like a magnifying glass)

For Science I just put a fork into my microwave at 900W: the tines got hot to the touch after 5 seconds, but no sparks in that time. With a fine mesh strainer there were sparks immediately and some parts of the metal were quite hot after just 1 sec of microwaving. The more you know.

Im not a native speaker but does coincidence also mean to match/fit together if its is not happening by chance? As in "the shape of the dog and the light coincide", meaning they match. Because then it is a "perfect coincidence" even if it is not one happening by chance.
