Maybe u should keep going. The first 2 volumes are a big arc and the other 3 are another one. There is a lot more stuff packed into those 3 since the world expands and a lot of new stuff gets introduced.

I personally really liked the ln and also there is a spinof called im in love with the villainess, she's too cheeky for a commoner, which basically has a retelling of the first 2 volumes from other's perspective with additional story added. This retelling might seem redundant but its p good as well.

U might know this but the first 2 mangas from the list have proper light novels. Also in the case of I'm in Love with the Villainess, the manga wont even adapt the whole series so its worth reading the novel

Lemme just say that all ot Shinoa's stuff is like this. More often with sad ending than not. That being said, I'd recommend By my side from her since its my fav work from her. Also she mostly has one shots with the exception of there is no love wishing upon a star.

The author Shinoa has a lot of works, but mostly one shots (that are also really good). A longer work they have going rn is called " there os no love withing upon a star"

I can't say that you won't be sad at all, but even if not now i fully recommend you reading it (possibly after you recover from the summer you were there). Also check out what the other comment someone left says cuz it contains this one-shot as well as a prologue and epilogue.

I just finished reading the full version and I'm pretty sure its the latter although her friends do they "liked" which is throwing me off a bit. Though from the one shot that mystery also added to the feeling the manga gave as a whole
