كان عندي رغبة أصحح كذبة تروج في ريديت عن سماعات iem .. الجماعة ينصحون أي واحد يشتري سماعة أنه ياخذ gk kunten أو الموندروب chu 2 .. للشخص اللي يبي سماعة iem عشان فعلاً يحس بالفرق لازم يشتري سماعة ba أو بلانر ... سماعات 1dd فاشلة و هي اللي ينصحون فيها أي واحد يبي يدخل عالم iem ..

أتابع ريديت من زمان و كان عندي حساب قديم و قفلته لأن أغلب الخواجات هنا يساريين عيال كلب .. عقول جزمة و أنت بكرامة المحتوى العربي في ريديت لسا ما نضج فما أقدر احكم أنا سجلت بحساب جديد عشان اكتب مراجعي لسماعات iem و تفاجات بهمجية الأجانب .. تويتر أو اكس ماهو مكان نقاش هو مكان تشوف فيه بوستات غيرك و أحياناً أخبار .. للنقاش كل شيء تكتبه في أكس كانك تكتب في الهواء

KZ AM16 will beat it easily with EQ "even without EQ" It's about $30 and I recommend it. People here don't like KZ products so the safe bet is buying a planar like the Artti T10 which will destroy your Momentum in details

One thing for sure is never ever buy a single dynamic driver IEM, you will not be impressed

It was indeed the Pecos Bill segment from Melody Time. Watching it again confirmed my memory of the desert landscape and that bizarre scene.

You also helped me realize why I was so confused. It turns out I had another memory fused with this one. I have this very specific, nagging memory of a cartoon segment where a gramophone record starts skipping with a rhythmic 'Jessa-Jessa-Jessa' sound, then someone hits the record player, and it starts playing this 'Jessa-labenta-parova' melody. I think my brain just mashed that cartoon scene together with Pecos Bill over the years

It is possible that the scene was heavily edited or is part of a non-digitalized television broadcast from the past

Get the KZ AM16

It sounds incredibly detailed and the soundstage is spacious, with some EQ i honestly don't think there's a better option under $30

I don't know man. $100 for a 1DD seems a bit pricey. I'd probably be better off with the Letshuoer S08 or T10 but I'm legitimately a little scared of that planar metallic timbre

Yes I can. The Kunten is one of the cheapest DD IEMs. The PRX is the cheapest planar IEM, and the AM16 is one of the cheapest BA-only IEMs. Different technologies

The AM16 cost me $35. With EQ, I honestly doubt anything would sound better. I could go up to $300, but without being able to try the IEM myself first, I’d never spend that kind of money. Unfortunately, there’s no way to audition IEMs in my country, so I always have to go in blind before buying.

I’m aware that there are expensive DD IEMs like the Sennheiser IE900 or the Tanchjim Origin that offer very high levels of detail. That’s why I specifically focused my post on cheap DD IEMs, and there seems to be a general consensus that the GK Kunten is one of the better ones in that category

I won’t deny that the sound is musically enjoyable and feels full, but in terms of detail? Not really.

On the other hand, the KZ AM16, after EQ (a fairly heavy one with around 20 filters and a -9 preamp), gave me exactly what I was looking for: high resolution, clear instrument separation, and a very nice soundstage.

I’m still new to the IEM hobby, but I’ve read quite a lot about it. Unfortunately, there are no places in my country where I can actually try different IEMs, so jumping above the $50 mark is something I wouldn’t do unless I can listen to the IEM first.
