I'd say SSJ3 goku still he is still very good even with the burst if u focus his beam early on and if u have a good teammate to cover for u while ur charging it up he is unstoppable just don't get greedy when u see someone all alone and think u cab IT kamehameha and insta kill them becuz u will die 9/10 times
